Sweet Sensations x Angelic Hair is here to serve you. We understand that you may have some questions or concerns, or are just generally curious about certain things. What does shipping cost?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and varies for UPS next day air and 3-5 day shipping for qualifiying orders.

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

How will the package be shipped? 

Packages are Shipped in airtight, vacuum-sealed bags with ice packs. 

All food items under African Cuisine &co with the exception of food items such as:

- puff puff

- Nigerian pound cake

- Meat pie/ chicken pie (although not recommended) (no refunds, or reshipments will be made.)

Must make use of overnight shipping, otherwise, the order will be canceled.

When can I expect to see my order?

For overnight shipping:

- you can expect to see your order within the next day 11 pm - 2 days from the shipping date.

Most policies for USPS regarding refund on the shipment do not work or 2 days or more shipping option. Please see this link for more information.

Shipping Delays...

We're sorry to hear that your order has been delayed. For overnighted orders we suggest giving the items 2-3 days to arrive and for all other shipping options an extra 3-5 days to arrive. If you have not received your order by then, please feel free to contact us via the contact page through email and we will be sure to help you through the issue. Also, feel free to check out the UPS website for more information regarding delays.

Are there deadlines for orders that need to be delivered in time for holidays or other special days?

We try our very best to accommodate everyone's needs but if you need your food items by a specific date you will need to order at least 7 days in advance and reach out to us to let us know. We also advise Using overnight shipping for orders with specific dates in mind.

ALL HOLIDAY ORDERS STOP PROCESSING AND ARE NOT  ACCEPTED FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE EXPECTED HOLIDAY.

 

ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED DURING THE HOLIDAYS.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges?

Currently, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for ALL food items. If you have a problem with your order we would love for you to reach out to us here, so that we can address any issues or concerns you have.

Missing or lost packages

  • All customers will get tracking information when the order is shipped. That way, you can monitor its progress.

  • Sometimes, delivery isn’t completed because the shipping address is incorrect. Unfortunately, if that’s the case, Sweet Sensation can’t be held responsible.

  • Sometimes packages get delayed en route and therefore arrive late. Unfortunately, if not provided with adequate information and proof along with the purchase we cannot help you. â€‹
